- Every family and child is met from a respectful and supportive place. Your child’s needs are assessed, and services are based on the individual needs of the family and children.
- We offer a variety of services based on what your family and/or child(ren) need. Parent-child educational sessions; traditional Native American drumming or music; workshops; cultural events; sweats; and connecting with elders.
Ina Maka Family Programs – In Home Family Services
Our goal is to improve family bonds by visiting in the home, making referrals and coordinating with community resources and support. We will work on reducing crime and/or domestic violence by making improvements in family self-sufficiency. We will focus on prevention of injuries, child abuse, neglect or maltreatment, and reducing emergency room visits, improving school readiness and achievement. Ina Maka Family Programs
Ina Maka Parenting Classes- Parenting Education
Parenting classes are designed to assist parents in making healthy parenting choices, provide support to each other, and learn about our children’s development.
Native American Foster Care Program
We license foster care homes for Native American Children in King County and the Seattle Area. Our licensing services assist future foster parents navigate their way through the process.
