Please remember that each testing center may have different rules and regulations regarding payment, registration or school enrollment, score reporting, appointments for testing, etc., as well as completely different testing schedules and periodic closures. ALWAYS have your valid photo I.D. every time you test or you WILL NOT be allowed to test. Payment of testing fees at one testing center will never cover your testing fees at another testing center. All WA State GED testing centers can access your previous testing history at United Indians so you should not need to provide a GED transcript to resume testing at another WA State GED testing center.
TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
After September 22nd all transcript requests must be submitted in writing to the State Board for Community & Technical Colleges.

Scores will be reported via mail only and can not be
reported via phone or fax.
- Please refer to the Testing Fees & Requirements page before coming in
for testing to insure you have all the proper identification, paperwork
and payment in order to begin GED testing.
- Photo ID: NO ID = NO TEST!
NO EXCEPTIONS! One piece of valid photo ID is required for every testing
session: Driver's license, state/tribal/military ID, passport (any country),
resident alien card or matriculate consular. High School ID cards are
not accepted. You do not need a Social Security number to take the
GED tests. How to get a WA State ID card or Driver's License.
- Please arrive by the beginning of the
testing session and sign in at the GED office then take a seat in our waiting
area until your name is called. Examinees who arrive later may find
there is not enough time to take the test they want and/or no available seats
remaining.
- Testing is conducted on a first come
first serve basis. We do not make appointments or accept reservations unless
you have approved testing accommodations.
The front door of our building may be locked until the beginning of each
test session.
- You are only allowed to bring the testing
materials we hand you and a beverage into the testing room. All other
items should be left at home or in your car, or will need to be left with
GED Examiner, including all cell phones, purses, backpacks, etc. NO
EXCEPTIONS! Any cell phone or electronic device taken into our testing
room will be permanently confiscated. We are not responsible for lost
or stolen items. Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne when
coming in for testing!
- If you are are sick you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED
TO TEST & WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE TESTING CENTER IMMEDIATELY!
SMOKING, LOITERING,
LOUD & DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR:
Smokers must go
for a walk to smoke. Any smoking, loitering, littering, excessively loud
or disruptive behavior in or around our building and the neighboring businesses
will absolutely not be tolerated and result in loss of all test privileges
& test scores in addition to potential legal action. This policy is strictly enforced!
